Ms. Panya Ward has an Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy and Diploma in Remedial Massage. Prior to beginning her Myotherapy career, Panya had been a Yoga and Pilates instructor for 10 years. Panya combines Myotherapy techniques such as cupping, dry needling, myofascial release and deep tissue massage with simple, yet effective exercise techniques to assist her client’s journey into comfort and ease. Panya's special interest lies in postural alignment and she understands the effect that posture has upon function and wellbeing so commences her treatments with a thorough postural assessment. When not in practice you will find Panya cooking for friends and family, gardening or bike riding with her young boys.
